Im Zentrum stand die Unterscheidung zwischen „Fee Earner“ und „Fee Burner“ und die Frage, wie alle Funktionen zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg beitragen können.\ Diskutiert wurden Veränderungen in Hierarchie und Entscheidungsfindung sowie die zukünftige Ausgestaltung der Partnerschaft. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt lag auf der strategischen Personalplanung, insbesondere im Kontext des Generationenwechsels und der Herausforderung, unterschiedliche Interessen auf gemeinsame Ziele auszurichten.\ Zudem wurde die Bedeutung von Mandantenzufriedenheit und einer klar definierten Kanzleikultur hervorgehoben.
