## Abstract: 

Die digitale Transformation stellt Kanzleien vor eine zentrale Frage: Wie lässt sich Innovation finanzieren – und welche Rolle kann Fremdkapital dabei spielen?

Fremdbesitzverbot = Beschränkung zulässiger Gesellschafter bei Berufsausübiungsgesellschaften. Dies führt zu dem Verbot der reinen Kapitalbeteiligung mit dem Ziel des Schutzes der "Unabhängigkeit".

Voraussetzungen und Gestaltungsmodelle für Beteiligungen von Fremdkapital an Kanzleien\
Welche Kanzleitypen besonders attraktiv für Private Equity & Co. sind\

Kanzleien müssen erhebliche Investitionen in KI tätigen – gleichzeitig gerät das klassische Billable-Hour-Modell zunehmend unter Druck. Welche Finanzierungsstrategien ergeben sich daraus?

Fazit des Speakers: "Vermeintliche Gefahren durch den Wegfall des Fremdbesitzverbotes bestehen schon deswegen nicht, weil Kanzleien Unternehmen sind und auch zum Schutz der Zulassung profitorientiert sein müssen."
